How to Change Your Digital Banking Username

Create a custom username instead of using your Member number

We are now prompting Members to customize their Usernames for Digital Banking. By following the steps below, you can make an easy-to-remember username for a more personalized experience.

  1. Simply log in to Digital Banking using TDECU.org or the TDECU mobile app.
  2. Select Security Preferences from the Settings menu.
  3. Select the Change Username tab.
  4. Enter your new Username and submit.

Your username will be updated automatically. The next time you login to Digital Banking you will use your new custom login instead of your previous credentials.  Please note: This will not impact your password.
